Rule of 72 is a well-known shortcut to estimate the number of years required to double the invested money at a given annual rate of return & WAVES is employed to describe dynamic, often cyclical changes and movements within the market and consumer behaviours. We mixed those 2 worlds to one - Marketing and Finance.
We are experts in conducting marketing audits within the realm of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). In typical M&A transactions, three key areas of due diligence are standard: financial, legal, and commercial. In recognition of the evolving landscape, we have rebranded our commercial due diligence to focus specifically on marketing due diligence.
